Promoting learning between USA and England on the role of communities in tackling health inequalities

With IUHPE, the HAPI team have helped to broker arrangements for mutual learning to take place between the REACH (Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health) programme funded by CDC in the US, and Communities for Health (C4H) funded by the Department of Health in  England to identify effective innovation and approaches that work. The programme is likely to promote peer learning between the two countries with effective dissemination through all the communities involved.

UCL - Harvard University learning exchange on social determinants of health

Recently, team members have participated in a learning exchange between UCL and Harvard University to share learning on social determinants of health and health inequalities.
