Joint Action to support the EC Communication on Health Inequalities
The HAPI team, along with our partners at the the National Heart Forum, are supporting the development of a joint action involving several member states and the European Commission.
The aim of the joint action is to improve knowledge development, knowledge transfer and stakeholder engagement to address socio-economic determinants of health. The proposal will focus on how to increase the health equity focus across government departments.
