Health Systems Strengthening - Developing and delivering a project plan for a health systems charter
The project planning for the process of developing the health systems charter by consensus with the member states of the European Region was developed and led by the HAPI team.
The charter that was produced recognised the linked role of health systems in promoting health and economic and social development, as well as key values such as equity, sustainability of health systems, and the importance of protecting citizens from catastrophic payments.
